The era of industrial revolution ignited many new discoveries and invention. The Renaissance, the French revolution and the American revolution all amalgamated to what the world today calls, the world war one and world war two. The advent of technology has led to alternation that we never even imagined 20 years back. My fear is, is this going to lead the humans towards a disastrous path? In the article by Josh Morgan, he tries to imply how various factors have narrowed down to something becoming untrustworthy. Of course, there are many reasons that contribute to this but what stuns me the most is that why in a world where we can be (and are) more connected with one another than we ever would be, people don’t trust each other anymore?
Companies and business have leveraged their tactics and ways to grow profits on a much faster pace than they did back in the early 20th century. However, this new rage is losing what humans are probably the best at, “feeling”. Even achieving that seems possible today. The article by Blake Morgan states, AI is a powerhouse when it comes to customer experience. This technology not only allows companies to create faster, more personalized experiences, but to gain insights and advantages to lead customer experience in the future. In my view, technology is has made our lives easier, but today, we are more disconnected that we ever had been in the past. AI sure is making things more personalized for my needs, but technology as whole failing to provide what HUMANS need. In my perfect world every human on this planet would progress the same way how technology is.
